Now I understand

Finally. My local store has daiya cheese. All is good in the world
I wasn't feeling up to much cooking last night so I just melted, yes, melted, some cheese on toast with mustard and sweet potato and some spouts. With a side of pita chips and avocado.
My verdict on daiya cheese : Mind blowing. Calcium, no soy, and low calorie! And it's stringy and melty? My goodness! This is life changing folks.
