Some Art I did at school...

.

Breakfast and other ramblings

Breakfast this very rainy moring. Some mixed cereal with vanilla rice milk, sourdough toast with peanutbutter and jam,
and my beloved hot tea. Yum

Another prom picture for you.

A very good juicy drink that I can actually find at my local walmart. I'd much rather drink my fruit than bother with all that chewing.

Peanut butter time!

One of my favorite Saturday breakfasts; Blueberry pancakes and something savory like roasted potatoes and sausage. And of course the caffeine- hot tea.

I went to my Junior prom this past weekend and they actually had a vegan meal! I was so excited. It turned out to be very tasty. It consisted of spaghetti squash, mushrooms, other veggies of some kind, and a nice tomato sauce.
I had a blast dancing and the view was fantastic.

A quick lunch from a cute little natural foods market in Springfield Missouri, called Mama Jeans. If you're ever there you should check this place out!

Tea...

Oh if you only knew how much I love tea. Love love love it!
I only drink tea in the mornings on the weekdays because I feel it keeps me up too late if I drink it with dinner.
I like lots of different kinds but I usually like English Breakfast Teas, most black teas. I like green tea but it tends to dry my tongue out. Does green tea does that to you?

Fairytale or kind of cottages

I've dreamed and schemed how my future home would look. I've gone just wanting a cardboard box down by the river to needing a mansion next to the ocean. But I've meet my dreams somewhere in the middle now. I dream of a fairytale or kind of like that type of stone, vine-covered cottage in the woods. But not a teeny-tiny cottage, a normal house sized cottage. Big enough for all my future children and animals. And all my stuff because I am a pack rat!

This is an amazing house. It'd be good enough for me :)

It has been a while...

yes. it has been a while, I do admit. I am deeply regretful for letting my blog fall behind on my list of priorities. I hope everyone has had a good winter holiday.
Just saying hi for now!

Money.
The root of all evil right?
Well maybe in some cases. In my case it's disappoint and sadness. The value of money has gone down so much. You just can't buy stuff like you use to. Life is hard. Pressure to get a job and start thinking about my future is thick as molasses in my head.
I feel weighed down by money. If my family wants to go somewhere it's going to cost us an arm and leg just in gas to get there and back.
I feel I am obligated to fix this. To do something great and earn enough money to reassure my family. To not have to worry about bills and if we can afford this or that.
I want to do something I love though. I want to create poems and books. Take pictures. Act.
I want to accomplish my dreams and make money at it!
Sounds like every ones' dream?
Yeah, probably.
Think my chances our slim?
Maybe.
Think I can't do it?
Oh but I can.
Why am I so great?
Because I follow my heart. And I belief.

-Greenness-

Can you guess the food of the day?

Its Avocados!

Yummy goodness all wrapped up in a green peeling- my favorite color!

  • Avocados are high in fat so don't eat too many of them- unless of course you want to gain weight or just don't care.
  • They contain more Potassium than bananas!
  • More protein packed than any other fruit
  • There's more than 500 different varieties!
  • Good source of Vitamin E
  • anti-oxidants
  • And makes a great treatment for dry hair <:)
